Each Tuesday leading up to today's release date, Webb revealed lyric and acoustic performance videos on his site, showcasing tracks from the new record. The final video in the series - the album's insightful title track - premieres this morning on Paste Magazine, here. Adding to this week's release highlights, Webb will perform live on the nationally syndicated WGN Midday News on Friday, September 6.
Beginning September 26, Webb, armed with a few acoustic guitars, will embark on his multi-city 'The Apology Tour.' In true Derek Webb fashion, the tour's ticket sales are structured to accommodate all participants with three specially titled tiers - I WAS WRONG (Ticket/Name Your Own Price), I'M SORRY ($12 ticket, Reserved Section Seating, $1 donation to Blood:Water Mission) and I LOVE YOU ($20 ticket, Group Q&A discussion, Autographed Tour Poster, Reserved Section Seating, $1 Donation to Blood:Water Mission).
